Civil Rights Training

Morton School District ensures compliance with civil rights training requirements by utilizing OSPI-provided webinars, handouts, and other materials to educate staff on their responsibilities in preventing discrimination and ensuring equitable treatment for all students. In addition to these state-provided resources, the district enhances staff understanding through on-site and locally developed training sessions and access to the Vector Solutions online library, ensuring comprehensive and ongoing professional development in civil rights compliance.

Title IX Training

To meet Title IX training requirements, Morton School District utilizes OSPI-provided webinars, informational materials, and handouts to equip staff with the necessary knowledge to recognize, prevent, and address incidents of sex-based discrimination, harassment, and misconduct. Beyond these foundational resources, the district supplements training with in-person sessions and additional courses available through the Vector Solutions online training library, ensuring that all staff members remain informed and prepared to uphold Title IX protections.
